Artist Success Stories

There is always a team of supportive people behind any artist. It is this team of managers, producers, label reps, attorneys, agents, fans and friends that contribute and support the artist - each in their own way. Everyone's hardwork and contribution, along with the artist's talent, hardwork, and dedication make success possible. In the brief 2 year existence of Soundwerkz, I am honored to have played a role in the discovery process of the below artists. The artists and relationships have helped me as much, if not more, than I have helped them.

Socialburn's major label debut was in 2003 with the Elektra Records (Leigh Lust signed the band) and they released 'Where You Are' produced by John Kurzweg (Creed, Puddle of Mudd). The first single went top 10 on the billboard charts and was track number 2 on the CD titled "Down". The band supported the album with Seether, 12 Stones, Default, Taproot and others. The second single "Everyone" made it into the top 20 on the charts and the band sold over 100,000 CDs. The band performed on Last Call with Carson Daly and The Orlando Jones Show. The band recorded their second record with producer James Wisner (Dashboard Confessional) in Orlando (it's currently being distributed by Fontana/Universal Records). The band also wrote a song for the 20th Century Fox motion picture "Supercross" which is out on DVD.
